At Hungrhood Studios, all sales are considered final. We do not accept refund or return requests due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or any other reason unrelated to a product defect or damage during transit.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
To be eligible, you must provide clear video proof of the complete, uninterrupted unboxing of the package, starting from the sealed package and continuing until the contents have been fully removed and inspected. This video is required for us to verify that the item was damaged in transit or that an incorrect item was shipped.
Refund or replacement requests submitted without the required unboxing video may not be accepted.
If your order qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed after the claim has been reviewed and approved by our team at Hungrhood Studios.

In case there is no product that meets your expectations and the product qualifies for an exchange, the team is happy to connect with you and work on it. Due to the exclusivity of our products and the limited quantities, we do not have a return policy. Hence, all orders are final and we do not provide any refunds. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
