Returns & Exchanges

At Hungrhood Studios, we believe that customer satisfaction is paramount. That's why we offer hassle-free exchanges on all purchases. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, simply reach out to us at hungrhoodstudios@gmail.com or simply drop a text on our Instagram handle.

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by us and will be further approved/declined for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept a return if;

• the product/s are returned after use

• the products are damaged

• the products do not have all the tags

• the products are returned after 30 days from placing the order

We'll work with you to arrange an exchange if your return meets all the checkpoints. Whether you need a different size, colour, or style, we're here to help make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. In case there is no product that meets your expectations and the product qualifies for an exchange, the team is happy to connect with you and work on it. 
Due to the exclusivity of our products and the limited quantities, we do not have a return policy. Hence, all orders are final and we do not provide any refunds. For more info, please write to hungrhoodstudios@gmail.com and the we will be happy to assist you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
