Orders are typically processed and dispatched as soon as possible after they are placed. Before dispatch, every order goes through a final quality check and is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in proper condition.
Dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the relevant tracking information.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days depending on your location.
We ship primarily through: Bluedart & Delhivery, based on service availability in your area.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We provide Free Shipping across India on all orders.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. This prevents fake orders and keeps our production focused on genuine customers.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Tracking typically becomes active 12–24 hours after dispatch.
SHIPPING ISSUES / DELAYS
If your order is delayed due to courier or weather conditions, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue. However, once the package is handed to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control.
WRONG / DAMAGED PRODUCTS

EXCHANGE SHIPPING
If you would like to exchange your size:
Return shipping to us is paid by the customer.
We cover the shipping of the replacement item back to you.
This keeps the exchange system fair and supports limited quantity production.
