Shipping policy

All orders from Hungrhood Studios are fulfilled from Beas, Punjab, and are shipped across India.
Because our products are released in limited drops, we begin dispatch after the drop closes, not at the moment your order is placed. This ensures each piece goes through a final quality check and packaging process.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
  • Orders are dispatched once the drop closes.
  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location.
We ship primarily through:
Bluedart, Delhivery, and Ekart, based on service availability in your area.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We provide Free Shipping across India on all orders.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
This prevents fake orders and keeps our production focused on genuine customers.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Tracking typically becomes active 12–24 hours after dispatch.
SHIPPING ISSUES / DELAYS
If your order is delayed due to courier or weather conditions, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
However, once the package is handed to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control.
WRONG / DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If the item received is defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will replace it at no cost.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING
If you would like to exchange your size:
  • Return shipping to us is paid by the customer.
  • We cover the shipping of the replacement item back to you.
This keeps the exchange system fair and supports limited quantity production.
